Arizona elk tag for Dad

My dad is going to be 73 this fall. He can get around pretty well but not great, and he can’t really draw his bow back anymore. He has 19pts I’m thinking of putting him in for unit 1 vs 23 late season elk. Leaning towards 1 because of easier topography as well as some familiarity.

input would be appreciated, I would really like to get him a good bull.

202 is a great bull! Unit 23 when I lived and hunted there was the only place I have seen 7x7 elk. There are some giants or were in there around Colcord Mtn. Sorry, all I got, beautiful country!

My dad had the unit 1 early archery tag last year, I had it this year (pointguarded and donated to Hunts for Heroes) I love unit 1, just from looks so I am partial to 1.
But I suggest to listening to some of Jay Scott Podcasts as he covers 1 and 23 a lot, also unit 9/10
