Argali tents?

Saw the 2p tent on a YouTube vid that popped up for me. I like the idea of the zip out stove jack, and the really light weight. They tout that it’s made out of a poly instead of silnylon.
Anyone have one of these? How is the quality/ durability? Are there any downsides to poly as a tent material? I kind of feel like if it were a superior fabric, wouldn’t most tents be made out of it? Seems 99% of lightweight backpack shelters are silnylon?
