Great condition, I've used it maybe 4-5 nights. No damage, tears, holes, etc anywhere on the tent. Super light and awesome shelter, I used it exclusively for solo early season hunts - it's a palace for one person, two is definitely doable though. Never used a stove with it, stove jack is included though. Seam sealed by me, includes 4 factory Argali stakes and 4 BA Dirt Dagger stakes. No center pole, I always used trekking poles.
