We use the folding type bread cooling racks.

A little late on a response but I just joined today, I think maybe this is something maybe your local blacksmith or iron worker could help with? assuming weight isn't a issue? If you are able to get on YouTube You can find tons of simple and neat multiple use items for campfire cooking that can be forged or built in a home shop if you're so inclined or find someone local to make for you.

Most of the tiem I just use rocks for my kettle. Id be nice if there is a foldable stand.
