Are there any Tyto clones out there ?

As the title suggests has anyone found a "clone" or other tyto type fixed handle solution for replaceable blades ?

I'm interested in giving the Hogue Expel Scalpel a try. It seems to check a few box's for me.

That Hogue does look very nice. I like the lock and release feature. The "sheath" for changing blades looks like a great idea as well.
