Are Idaho regional offices open Columbus day?

Long story short, I ordered my deer and elk tags 3 weeks ago and they still have not came in the mail.

From my understanding,I need to go to a regional office to get duplicates. I was planning on doing this Monday the 9th, but realized this is Columbus day.

Anyone know if the offices will be open or do I need to spend opening day driving from camp to a regional office to print tags.

I have purchased duplicates at Tri-State Outfitters in Moscow, ID so I'm pretty sure you can get them without having to go to the regional office. I'm a resident - not sure if that is the case for a non-resident though. Check the following website and see if you can get duplicates from the website:
