ARCA to Bergara B14 - Where to drill?

I want to add a 4” ARCA rail to my Bergara B-14 wilderness ridge just forward of bottom metal on balance point. But if I were to drill out screw holes I’d be drilling through stocks “structural” members, roughly where the red X’s are. If I were to do that would there be any issues? TIA.
