Arca Swiss plate for heavy optic

I have a Swaro STX 95 mm and a panhead compatible with arca Swiss plates. My 95 is pre arca foot so I need to use a plate. Is there any plates that do better with heavier optics? As of now I just have an arca plate with a single screw, and it will come loose pretty often. In some quick research I saw the arca plates that have the lip on the back to keep it from rotating, are those a good option? In hunting shows and YouTube videos guys carry around their tripod with the spotter attached, I would be terrified to do that with my current setup due to it coming loose.

Tricer has a thumb screw to easily tighten - it also has a micro thin rubber layer where it comes into contact with the device you intend to attach it to - and, like @Jmhunt_13 suggested, blue loctite...
