Lower is an Anderson lower with a RISE Armament 3.5lb single stage trigger and RISE lower parts kit. Shoots moa with factory 62 grain eldvt at 3175fps and original owner of barrel said both factory 75 grain eldm 2860fps, and factory 88 eldm just under 2700fps shot MOA .Comes with rcbs reloading dies.
