I’ve heard good and bad about PSA. What are your thoughts?
Do you think a PSA upper/Anderson lower/ magpul accessories/bcm charging handle for 500$ is a good deal. It’s like newI have a few PSA in .223 wylde, .556, and .308. All have been really good so far.

Plinking at the range / Home defense / SHTF rifleI would prefer the second two over the first one. What’s your intended use?

The upper is brand new. 300-500 rounds on the Lower.Post a pic of the used rifle and let me take a look at it. Do you know how many rounds have been through the used one as well? Also, what is your intended use of the AR?

I have a nice like new AERO build I'd ship for 750. much higher quality than PSAHey all, looking for an AR chambered in 5.56. Looking to spend 650-700$ shipped to my FFL. Anyone have anything for sale?
Some work, some dont. They are cheap for a reason and that reason is minimal QC.I have had zero issues with any palmetto rifles, but I haven’t pushed them very hard. An easy option is buying a lower receiver local to you, either a complete or one you have to assemble (it’s not hard). Then buy whatever upper you want. AR’s are very fun and adult legos. I wouldn’t buy a used one from a stranger, but that may be just me.
I believe it’s 16”For those uses, I would definitely go with a shorter barrel, easier to maneuver for home defense, and if you need to run and gun if SHTF. What is the barrel lengths on the used one?

The good thing is that all AR’s are simple to diagnose and repair with cheap parts. I’m not going to war with one, but for a first AR, palmetto is perfect. Run it till it breaks and learn how to repair it, or spend a lot more money for one with better quality control. Some work, some dont. They are cheap for a reason and that reason is minimal QC.
