These are great for budget triggers.

Agreed, these are the best bang for your buck. If you want to keep with a single stage milspec then any of the Schmid made triggers are good (PSA, BCM, etc).

Another to look at is Jard. They have several options. I've used quite a few of their triggers in several rifles (AR and non).

A note on RRA triggers. I won't install those again. The last 4 wore out way too fast. Thin case hardening that wore through. The Larue option is far better with through hardened parts of tool steel.

When I shot 3 gun years ago my team was sponsored by hiperfire. I have them in several of my ar’s and I love them. I bought a cmc for an ar-10 last year and was not impressed.

LaRue MBT is extremely hard to beat for the money and goes up against the $200+ triggers for an affordable price.

I was running Geissele SD-E and DMR triggers until I tried the Larue. IMO the Larue is better than the SD-E and a close second to the DMR. At $99 (or less if you buy multiple) they're a bargain too. Love the flatness and width of the pad and they're stupid crisp, much more so that any of the Geissele's I've had except the DMR.

I have had great luck with CMC. Joe Bob outfitters will run them on sale sometimes for $130. I got the 2.5lb flat and love it! Also have a 3.5lb.
