Anyone used Copper Creek ammo?

I went thru their full load development with a 25-06 shooting 133gr. Berger Elite Hunters and ended up with <.75 consistent groups. Found optimal powder charge in first box then seating depth at that charge with the second. I had a magazine length restriction so could not get out to start at .002" off lands - I had one group of 5 they sent that I had to single feed as they were just beyond my mag length and didn't shoot that great anyway. After dialing powder then length I tightened up even more when I tuned with my Cortina tuner brake dealy bob. I was pretty happy with it...then I chono'd the next box to dial some down range stuff and the SD's were horrible which surprised me and gave me pause...I'm not a long range guy but does seem like it should have been more consistent.
I bought a box of the 133gr Berger Elites from Hendershots, did not give them any specs or anything just ordered them. They shot just as good and had single digit SD's so I shot a few boxes of them with some really good groups. I just started loading my own, shooting 125gr Hammer HHT's and had .8 group on the first test batch of 10 I shot and SD 8, just shy 3000fps. I'll keep playing with them.

Sooo, I thought the Copper Creek stuff shot great at 100yds and was a fun, although costly process. Surprised at the velocity differences. Maybe it would still shoot great down range...maybe not.

.22-250 and .22 Creed ammo I’ve used from them didn’t meet stated velocity. Not very accurate either.
Multiple different loads of each.

Seems to be all boxed ammo, nothing meets stated velocity, barrel length figured in. Curious, What boxed ammo comes closest to stated velocity cosistently?
