Anyone shooting Sierra 165 BTHP Game King in 308?

Buddy of mine has dropped many whitetail in the last week with this projectile. They’re pretty devastating on the critters but no blood trails on the lung shots despite a pass through.

Thanks for any firsthand observations and please spare me the “he should have used xyz” or “I’ve done better with abc”

I've had good results from Sierra GKs on deer and black bear in a variety of cartridges including 6mm Rem, .25-06, and .30-06.

Very good bullet that usually exits with internal mush, just not a long range bullet.
