Who out there is running an arca plate on a christensen arms ridgeline and which tripod are you using for a hunting situation?

I’d like to mount a plate on my CA ridgeline 6.5 prc and shoot off my carbon sirui tripod with the va5 head or at least have the option if prone is out of the question.

No issues to speak of other than I need to practice more with it. I did the install myself. The hardest part was that first bite of a drill bit. I was committed after that!

Good luck

I'm about to do this same thing, same rifle and pictured a similar mounting position. Spartan bipod up front, tripod closer to the rifle's center mass. Has it held up well? I'm uncertain how screws will hold in that composite and whether I should plan for inserts or epoxy over time.

From everything Ive read and seen, you’ll want to bed a metal thread insert with epoxy for sure. There are some good videos on YouTube.
