Anyone know if a Christensen arms magazine box, follower and spring will work on a factory Remington bottom metal?

I’m looking at getting a peak 44 stock but have to change the bottom plate out. I would like to keep the Christensen guts if possible. Anyone ever do this?

I’ve installed Christensen bottom metals on one or two stocks inletted for that same footprint. I bought extras for other guns because I like the profile of the trigger guard. The stocks I put them in didn’t need any extra work, but with anything like you’re attempting, you still might need to do some minor trimming/fitting.

*side note, I saw that Brownells offers plain/sanitized Christensen bottom metal that doesn’t have “CHRISTENSEN” engraved on there. Makes a nice option for anyone looking for that profile but doesn’t want the name.

This was what I was thinking and would like to use the complete Christensen bottom metal but Peak 44 told me it will not work. I tried the Christensen on a Bell & Carlson Remington stock I have and it seemed like with very little trimming it would fit. Only thing I noticed was the depth was different and I would have to use washers or apply some bedding material. I might just order the stock and see what happens.
