Anyone heard from Effords lately?

Has anyone been in contact with Effords lately? We have sent two emails and it's been radio silence, just wondering if anyone has talked to them lately. If not I'll try to call. Usually he was pretty good about responding in at most a week, but It's going on over a month. Thanks
