Anyone have a tricked out .22 pistol they hunt squirrels with.

S&W Victory with EA Nyx Mod 1 can, Volquartsen barrel, Tandemkross: Halo charging handle, trigger, extractor & plunger, firing pin, Thunderhammer, guide rod, magazine parts & honeycomb grip.

Holosun 507 Comp red dot on TK Shadow mount.

She's on the in-stock notification list for the TK Comet short barrel, should be fun.

Do you think those Smith and Wessons are an upgrade from the Rugers? I want to put together another pistol and Wouldn't mind trying something new. Ive never handled or seen one of those before while the Ruger is a known thing for me.

Cool dog too.

I've never tried a Ruger but they look nice, maybe someone else can chime in that has both.
I'd like to try one of those VQ Mamba's but don't dare to because I'll want one.

Yeah, the Boston Terrier dogs are a riot, had to put my other almost 11-year-old one down last Halloween because she had a bad heart/bloating/seizures, best dog I ever had, never even needed a leash.
They make you laugh every day but are wicked gassy!

That's awesome, I love dogs.

I finally just got a ruger a new ruger a few weeks back, I have a MKV but it docent have a threaded barrel so I got a 22/45 lite. Now I see I can buy uppers and all sorts of stuff for the MKV platform. I want to keep my old one stock since it was a gift from my grandfather but there are enough upgrades and stuff out there to make whatever the heck you want.

Yup just like Ruger 10/22's tons of aftermarket parts for them.

Huben GK1 Air Pistol in .22 Caliber. It's a tack driver!

P.S. If anyone is interested, I have another brand new Burris 2-7x32mm, 1in Tube, Second Focal Plane Handgun Scope with brand new detachable Warne Rings. I bought it but never used it because I sold the pistol I intended to use it on. Send me a message, I'll make you a good deal.

Anyone else have issues with their red dot not lasting very long in the cold? It was about -5 the other morning and I didn't get a whole hour out of the battery on the red dot on my mark iv.
Thinking about some sort of scope with crosshairs for the no battery, but I don't think any scope will let it fit in the holster.

Under the coat as @huntsman22 said is about the only convenient thing that'll work well with CR2032 batteries. That said, there's a variant I've heard about but not seen or used myself called a BR2032, that uses different chemistry, meant for cold-weather use. Apparently it doesn't have the same total amount of power, but its power lasts a lot longer in the cold.

Thank you. Ya, rated to -30.
