Every outdoor forum has someone who knows someone. The industry is pretty tight knit. There was never anything productive that was going to come of the information. Snyder is one of those guys whos a friend, enemy, idol and fool....depending on your perspective which ironically is how we all are too.

Everyone draws their conclusions based on what they hear or read and nothing good comes of this discussion.

Let the men sort out their lives. I'm sure they're just like us waking up asking why did I do that on some things and being proud of others. None of us are so good at running our lives that we should tell another how to be.

Rokslide does not want to be the TMZ of the hunting world as bad as some hunters want it to be.

The thread went 11 pages and like all gossip threads, just goes round and round. If we had anything to hide, we'd delete them immediatly. Might do that going forward if it continues to be an issue.

We are friends with Frank and Aron. But we're not here to provide a platform for dirty laundry. Like Wrench says, let the men sort out thier lives. All the busy bodies need to find something productive to do, in fact...

the gossips really need to go start a podcast and IG page and post up all their info on everything they think is going on. Most wouldn't have the guts, they just wanna use us for it. No thanks

Yep, we're currently chasing off range oryx in NM for the month of November.

Our sheep hunts have kicked off, Coues hunts have a long ways to go, archery deer hunts mid December through January, javelina hunts January into February, late elk hunts in swing. Got a long ways to go

Frank came out and called out this exact problem. Then it was called out (paraphrasing here) oh while we appreciate two sides of a story this thread ran it's course...closed...

Come on boys, give me a break. Snyder has a track record regardless of what you choose to believe and runs through hunting partners like Epstein ran through "entertainment" on the "island".

Like it or not Snyder uses folks for personal gain and the departure from Kifaru is another data point. Guess, my notoriety in the "outdoor industry" is toast. Oh well, this is the crap we must self police...

I don't know if I'd call it ironic, but I would call it interesting. Is the moderation biased? Is one person/group protected via select moderation? Probably, but I'm sure that's difficult to eliminate completely.

Being unaware of this tendency is what turns things south IMO, and the entire community loses some degree of validity.

So, I think the question is valid, though the delivery is a bit accusational/aggressive. And, as with most polarizing "famous" figures, the tribes will certainly push back from both sides.

Definitely interesting.
