I find it very hard to eat right ALL of the time. Fasting one day a week helps but 2, 3 or even 4 days isn't much harder. Follow up with some laxative. You would be amazed how much better you feel. You don't get any hungrier than normal and it comes and goes. I have been eyeballing the Master Cleanse method online.
