Anyone else lose their property lines on OnX?

My property lines and public land layers disappeared last week.

Any idea what happened?

My subscription is through the Apple store so it shouldn’t be turned off and it seems weird that only part of it would be turned off. I went to my layers and it disappeared even as an option

No idea, just what I immediately thought.

I dealt with their customer service shortly after getting my subscription. Give them a shout, helped me a lot.

I have to still call them. Since I first posted I can see the property lines for Colorado but still don’t even have an option for my home state of N.J. Weird!

I love that they have decided to roll out several major updates in the middle of hunting season. The first one that required re-downloading saved offline maps bit me hard during the second week of archery. Had to navigate by saved waypoints on a blurry green screen. Well planned boys! Had never even thought of looking elsewhere but will be checking the grass on the Gaia side of the fence this winter.

Yeah. It was caused by the 3D Beta upgrade.
You have to go in and select the layer AGAIN.

I didnt figure this out until I got home - AFTER my hunt was over.
Frustrating

Wonderful that this was pushed thru during peak western archery hunting season

Makes sense why I lost all my pins marking Antelope this week and my app was acting up Thursday while hunting. My location wouldn't keep up to where I actually was on Public.

I switch to Gaia 4+ years ago, haven’t regretted it once. I tried out BaseMap but still just prefer Gaia.

Anyone try huntstand? A friend of mine has it and when I see him pull it up on his phone the detail is much higher than ONx but he only uses it for whitetail hunting in N.J. so we are talking small properties without the huge topographic changes of the west.

That part was great too. The most basic of gps functions.... current location. I didn’t care to do the math but it had to be 60 miles off. That only happened half a dozen times and only on two days of the trip. Short lived but egregious for sure. Then I come home to en email addressing the list of problems by putting the blame on me for not “updating” my offline maps..... for the first time ever.

They are trying to make it better, yeah timing wasnt great but i never lost anything as long as i kept it in 2d. I have gaia, huntstand, basemap, gohunt and onx and always go back to onx

Mine never missed a beat during any of this, I looked at gaia for the pricing but they were missing some layer options that were critical for me.
