Was a very positive and I thought uplifting SOTU. Like others have said it’s a shame the democrats have so much hatred and anger towards him. I mean, he can’t even get an applause from the moderates. I can appreciate that everything is USA first and protecting our rights especially numbers 1 and 2.

I also unfortunately watched the rebuttal from my great governor Whitmer, I shall pray for Michigan.

The Democrats have absolutely no interest whatsoever in what's best for our nation or the American people. They are just a sad, angry, hateful bunch that wants America to fail. My goodness, Pelosi and the white suit cluster couldn't even get up the gumption to cheer for women when Trump announced all the gains that women had made in the job market in the last three years. The Dems hate that, they hate that the working class wages are finally rising after almost two decades of stagnation. They hate that we have record low unemployment numbers, they hate that the economy is booming, they hate that the stock market and everyone's retirement funds are growing like crazy. They are the party of HATE anymore and refuse to get onboard with anything that makes our great nation and American citizens stronger. It's hard to believe that anyone could vote for any of them ever again. SMH

And they make it more and more obvious every day. Nadler has already said that they will subpoena Bolton now in the House and continue the investigation that will tell them exactly what everyone already knows. They still have no interest in doing what's best for the nation, only what's best for the Democratic Party.

Same here! Not the face I want representing our state. It was a wreck and I turned it off. Roads, roads, roads, blah blah blah.

Great speech if you like watching an insecure man try to convince his peers that he’s amazing with outrageous and exaggerated stories of his greatness. I love how people talk about how great this president is and only cite the stats he provides. Take all of those stats about the economy and convert them to real dollars, then come back to me. If you’re wealthy, have a large portfolio it sure looks good. If you actually work for a living, you’re screwed. Wages are Not keeping with inflation and those tax cuts didn’t help the working man. Meanwhile our debt is the highest it’s ever been. So much for “draining the swamp.” This man sold his soul to corporate America and put in on the backs of the next generation.

I will add this though. The political climate in this country is frustrating, demoralizing, and exhausting. It breeds hate, it makes people my age (26) question wether or not we want to bring kids into this ever more destabilizing world, and quiet frankly it makes me lose sleep some nights.

The divide in this country is amazing. Trump could literally cure the corona virus and the dems would still figure out a way to hate on it. Pelosi made an ass of herself. Her facial expressions throughout were cringe worthy. Tearing up the speech at the end made her look even worse, but did distract from a great speech. Sinema is catching all kinds of shit from the Democratic party for standing up and clapping with the "republicans." This country could use some more people who are able to think for themselves and not just follow party lines/ rhetoric.

They already have hated on his coronavirus expert panel for not being diverse enough...because what I look for in medical professionals is their ethnicity.

World will never be stable, always some whackjob standing in corner waiting to tear open his trench coat.

All I know is the economy is booming for the working man. I’m in the construction field and there is more work than good workers to do it..the problem is that most ( not all) younger generations don’t have the attitude it takes to become successful in their own.

I’d give the man 4 more years.

And unless you screw someone over on the classifieds or say you love wolves you will never see hate on this forum. it’s so great to see somewhere that people network and converse and give advice without any type of incentive. They are just GOOD PEOPLE. Save this shit for the water cooler and let’s talk guns gear and hunting.
