80gr in Barnes TTSX is my go to load for deer, hogs and wolves but not coyotes. I want something that does a lot of damage in a thin skinned coyote like a VMAX type bullet.
I have taken deer out to 405 yds with the 80 gr TTSX. If you put them in the vital V, the bullet does the rest.

80 grain spire points will work just fine for deer and coyotes 500 and in. I used them for years with no problems.

They work great and have been fur friendly. Small entrance, no exit.

Sounds like your rifle shoots them well so I wouldn't change it. Iv'e killed deer, elk, and hogs with Core-Loks and they've always performed very well. With that being said, none of my rifles shoot them exceptionally well. We shot them in everything, .243, .30-06, .25-06, because "back in the day" that's what Walmart carried then and we rarely shot past 100. We've learned a LOT since then... So to your question, they should be excellent in your rifle. I tried 50gr Winchester Silvertips in my .243 and they were terrible for deer and coyotes. It killed the deer but was nothing but tiny fragments upon entry and they obliterated a coyote. The bullets did what thery were designed to do but it was a poor choice on my part. That rifle now shoots Federal 100gr ammo exclusively.

I reload the 65 gr V-Max for my .243, it loves them and the yotes hate them!
