Any turrets similar to CDS from Leupold?

I have grown to like the turrets on the Leupold CDS. They don't move unless the button is depressed and they have a zero stop. The scope is a 2.5-8x36, so fairly light and OK light transmission.

Are there any scopes our there with similar type of turrets? Zero stop and some form of locking, so they don't move when I don't want them to, keeping the weight down?

Not in a similar scope that I'm aware of. That locking turret mechanism is patented by leupold. I personally have had bad luck with several leupolds and wont use them, but that's a fantastic scope if yours holds zero. My brother has one that has been good to him so far. I am not aware of any other scopes in that weight class with a similar exposed turret. If a capped turret will work you might check out some of the trijicon 3-9 x40 or 2.5-10x40 models, they are a few ounces heavier but are the best I've found in a lightweight, low-profile lower magnification scope. NF 3-10 is really good, but a bit heavier. Otherwise there are a few options in the 20oz weight range that are designed to dial, swfa 3-9, s&b 3-12, NF 2.5-10.
