Not LaGrande, but I am in Corvallis. I saw your hometown of Amarillo. I am from Lubbock and moved here about 12 years ago. If you are stuck there, rent a car and head up to Joseph and Imnaha. There are sights that you can't find in Amarillo all over that country.
