Im not gonna go bashing yet...but Im getting crickets from Griffin on and RMA to send a supressor back for repairs. Had quick initial response to my first email telling me what they needed to start the RMA. I sent the requested info where I was direct to a couple weeks ago and it's been radio silence since. Called and left a couple messages a few days apart asking to be contacted, same with emails...Im not being an ass and blowing them up but starting to get irritated. Most of what Ive read on their customer service/product support has been great but getting ghosted for a couple weeks is a bit irritating.
Anyone have similar issues? Is this just business as normal? Sure be nice if replacement parts other than the body for serviceable suppressors could be bought OTC like any other firearm components
