any input in integral designs makeshift bivy?

Was looking at ti goat bivies and found this one. Only slightly heavier but waterproof and breathable material. I only plan to use my go light poncho for a tarp so the waterproof material seems good for reassurance. Also good price.

I havnt used this exact product BUT own several I.D. pieces and they are top notch. I notice this bivy has no bug netting over the face which would be a deal breaker for me.
