Any info on getting sponsors for the local archery range?

Anyone involved with their local archery range know what advertising is worth? We have lots of space for banners etc. and are looking to help raise funds and prizes for the 3D shoots and new targets on our not-for-profit range.

What are you getting in exchange for advertising space?

Would love to start a 3d range on my property but i cant see how you would ever profit any.
Most in my area never stay in bussiness long.

I have no idea. Let the market tell you. If you have a local little league or legion baseball team reach out to them and ask.

If you say $500 and get noone you know you're too expensive. If you get tons of advertisers you know you can come up.

Probably could cut deals in your first year too. Tell then the first year is going to be $100 and you'll reevaluate next year.

advertising is initially worth nothing to big companies. so going that route doesn't usually pan out for a few years if at all. if you're trying to get donations for a range, then you need to show alot of paperwork to even get them interested, then they will likely donate blems and such, especially if it's for youth education. how you ask is very important, and you have to except that you will get turned down so be prepared to call every company you can think of. to get advertising pay you would have to either be on a national level or show that they will truly benefit from using you, both are very hard.
