Any experience with Epoch Mountain Mag?

Hello Rokslide,

I lost my good old phone skope adapter and have been researching all the new non friction fit options out there.

Is anyone using the epoch mountain mag digiscope adaptor? The fact that they say it works with any MagSafe case appeals to me and it seems like magnets are the way of the future.

Thank you.

I’ve been looking at this, I’m currently using ollin which I’ve been loving. But the epoch solves the only problems I have with it, you can easily use any case and be able to take off the adapter quickly when not in use, or to use flashlight. And the ability to use either camera is a bonus.

I saw these recently and am interested in them as well. I've been running a Magview and like only having the plate on the phone, but I want something that connects faster/more reliably. My one concern with the Mountain Mag is the distance between the camera and the adapter, how much light that lets in, especially if I have my regular case on my phone.

Happy thanks giving.

It sounds like others have the same concerns as I do, but I think there is potential that the pros out way the potential cons. I will be the guinea pig. It will be after Christmas, but I am going to give it a shot and post a review.

I reached out to the manufacturer to make sure I purchase the right things. I wanna try this system out for my binos and spotter.

Once I get a confirmation from them I’m going to purchase and report back.

Binos: Leica trinovids 10x42
Spotter: Athlon area G2 15-45x65

Nice. I am going to order one for an older Swaro STS 65 and iPhone 14 Pro. I am not going all in on knockers until I am 100% convinced this is the system for me.
