Anti fog treatment for binos?

Got to admit, I’m a sweaty mofo when I hike/run. Doesn’t take much and my face is red and sweaty. Just my lot in life.

So is there any treatment you folks have tried for the exterior lenses so that my frequent pauses to glass are less friggin frustrating due to fog building up thanks to my sweaty ass and cold temps? I see stuff like Muc Off or frog spray or whatever stuff they sell online but I can’t trust reviews anymore. Thanks.

I've had good luck with this brand. I put it on thick, let it dry and buff it until it's clear.
