Anyone have any good Antelope jerky recipes? Heading to Wyoming October to get a couple and want to make some to snack on for the rest of season

This made my mouth water, then I imagined the burp that always tastes like antelope. Lol

I like the Hi-mountain jerky mix for ground meat - it just tastes better than anything I’ve mixed up. Be careful of metal mixing bowls. For some reason one of our mixing bowls imparted a metallic taste to the jerky when mixed with this seasoning - since then I only mix in plastic. It still seems weird that stainless would do that.DA73BD71-82A5-4EDC-918F-51546934934B.jpeg

Antelope is so good in the Traeger I can’t imagine using it for jerky.

I use Hi Mountain mixes for mine.
Do tell. I'm open to whatever recipes. I have another trip for whitetails in November I'm going to take some for as well

Use this rub

Either smoke a roast to internal of 130 ( reverse sear) or grill steaks to rare/medium rare.

It’s to die for.
