Another what does he score?

I’m all out of buck tags and stumbled on this guy today. Got to watch him for a while before cock blocking him and shooting his doe. I’m not a big whitetail hunter but I’d say he’s at least high 130’s or maybe 140? Any thoughts?

Either way, I’d say this guys huge and in a nasty area for a pack out.

I’m not really good guessing scores but I don’t think he’d be at 140. Whatever he would score he would still be a really nice looking deer and a great euro mount

Yeah as an 8 point I'd say he's probably between 132 and 135 he's got a really nice frame, decent mass, and average tine length. Not a super old buck probably 4 maybe 5. For a Western deer he looks pretty good to me.

Man they’re deceiving! I watched him for about 15 minutes dogging a doe. I’m semi decent at judging a muley but whitetails are a tough one for me. He was a big bodied buck though. Fun as hell to watch. Kinda glad I didn’t have a buck tag or I would have only watched him for about 30 seconds tops haha.

Stevie wonder is better at scoring that I, but id say 120-low 130?? This one taped out (not mine, but a friends) just over 180.

Geographic regions matter due to body sizes vs antlers. I’d be hard pressed seeeing him clear mid 130s. Beautiful animal nonetheless!

I’m in the 125-130” area

I would guess 125" he looks bigger but I always knock at least 10" of antler off a buck on the hoof. I've killed several mature whitetail bucks over the years and only 1 of those didn't ground shrink.

I’d estimate at least 200 lbs. The doe I shot was approximately 110 lbs and he dwarfed her. This is a North Dakota buck btw.
