Another Washington moose tag

Still in shock but extremely happy and blessed for this tag.
Drew a any moose tag in the Douglas unit which in just north of colville.
The season is spilt into 2 seasons. I drew one of the 3 tags for the month of November.
My goal is to kill a mature bull and have a great experience.
I am studying up on how to field judge moose. My goal is a 40" plus moose with double
Paddles. Willing to pass up a bunch of bulls to get that done. I am ready to hard hard!
if anyone is willing to froward some picks of good shiras Bulls, it would be appreciated.

Happy to see another tag holder on here! I may be up in the northeast corner of my unit checking out the area in two weeks. I kind of thought 40" was about right, but I sometimes have poor trigger control when the shot presents itself! Good luck to you too and post the story. I still need to do that for my ram from last year.

Good luck on your hunt. I'm sure you will kill a good bull you will be happy with.

this tag has to be from last season..... drawing hasnt happend yet this year, have till may 18th midnight to put in for oil tags etc......

Happy Sunday. Looking at some of my previous posts. This was a few years ago, and i never posted any pics.
I hunted 14 days. Many highs and a few lows but still a great hunt. Passed on 14 small bulls and missed a booner. here you go!
