I'm having some issues with my pack. So, before I start bugging Aron, I want to try and get it figured out on my own (with help from roksliders). I thought I had it adjusted, but after a few 60lb training hikes, I found that I cannot keep the pack from slipping down off my hip bones. I still have a little bit of a gut, so tightening the waist belt makes me look like an overfilled muffin cup! Aside from still being a little fat, I think the shoulder straps are the main issue, so I'll make those adjustments first. I also noticed that the should straps were digging into the side of my chest/armpit.

Does anyone know if the instructions on the link below are still up-to-date?

Hope that helps.

that just part of running the belt unless your super skinny, the belt is going to create a pronounced gut.

I don't mind looking a little fat. I just wanted to make sure that it was normal to have the belt that tight. I probably haven't been running my belt tight enough. Thanks
