Don't worry everyone is going to die someday. Just be sure to keep your eyes open and enjoy the ride Go kill a monster bear

My 30.06 load of 180 interbonds and 56 grains of H4350 looks identical and I was just about to pose the same question. I'm currently getting 2760 fps with very good accuracy and no bolt lift issues. My plan is to stay there.

I looked at it again and now that I've had a few beers I'm a "real expert" and I stand by what I said. You will be fine with that load.

****ing reloading, its very similar to politics :)

Ha! Great minds think alike. I just downed a glass or two of bighorn whiskey and decided I'm running it. I cannot get the primer to budge by hand with my decapping die, only with it chucked in the press.
I counted and have 22 Sledge hammers left. I'm going to load them for bear season.
And I just placed an order for the 199gr hammer hunters and plan to load them the same and see what happens....I think. I am hoping I'll be able to bump them out a little bit since they will fit into the barrel farther than these stub nosed Sledge hammers. Though I am looking forward to seeing what these do to the innards of an animal.

How exactly is a primer flattened? Pushed out to the bolt face? Just expanded in the primer pocket?
I still have normal resistance when extracting these primers.
The gun has shot 20 of these rounds and still no hard bolt lift at all, gun hasn't come apart and still shooting great groups. I still plan to run this load for spring bear unless someone that is known to be trustworthy on here tells me at any point the gun will come apart or I will die.
