Alpha 200 vs alpha 300

What are the major improvements from those that have run both with the 300?

Battery is probably the biggest. The USB C charger is also pretty nice.

I haven’t used the 300 enough to know its full potential but I would definitely say no if I was currently using a 200, which I am, based on my limited use if the 300.

Agreed only way I'd tell sombody to switch is if they are constantly cursing their battery.

That said. I've had my 300 in near 0 degree temps a few times where it tells me it's at min operating temp and won't accept a charge. It's on the exterior of my vest, I suspect tucking it in out of the wind would of helped.

I currently have a 100, and found a pretty good deal on a 200 used and was just wondering if it’s worth the extra shekels to get the 300.

I'd need to know the deal, I was in a similar instance and it was 300 bucks more for the 300, and I went that route.

In addition to the above the screen is better. If i had a 200 I wouldn't upgrade but if buying new I'd get the 300. For you I'd say it depends on how good a deal the used 200 is.
