Looks like the guy featured on this murder mystery show posted on this site. My wife was watching and it caught my attention, seems he was a well known very accomplished hunter and the screen shots they showed looked like they were from this website. He also worked for the fish a game department.
The guy killed himself when confronted.

He did not work for FWP. I'm not sure if he was "a well known and accomplished hunter" although he wasted a lot of work time talking on the phone and planning shit.

He worked for the BLM in Dillon, MT. My limited work dealings with him he was pretty useless. I didn't know him personally however. I know several users of this site that did.

That's about all I have to say about it.

Edit: He did receive an achievement award in early 2024 for Westslope Cutthroat trout conservation efforts. None of the links I can find work anymore, but it happened.

I was just repeating what I thought they said on 48 hours, they showed several pictures of bighorns and a mountain goat he shot with a bow.

This type of stuff is weird. A very good friend of ours (who our kid is named after) dated a guy who lived with her for a year or so. After they broke up he went crazy and strangled his following girlfriend. And this guy was a psychologist. He was a nice guy though, never would have guessed he was capable. Played a lot of video games though.
