I've never claimed to be a pronghorn fanatic, but spending time with Chance Marshall of Extreme Outfitters makes a guy want to catch the bug! I hope you guys enjoy listening to this one on a species that doesn't get nearly enough love on the podcast, IMHO.

I'm about 3/4 through. Fascinating, especially on peak horn growth vs age.

And when he said he calls them "antelope, not pronghorn" I knew he was my people. @Travis Hobbs is the pronghorn type lol

No doubt! We didn't deep dive into it as much as we probably should have, but the study he brought up was a Monteith study that, essentially, concluded they could offer like 40-60% more tags and not impact pronghorn horn lengths.
