Albino groundhog, and non-albino deer

Coworker saw the groundhog last week, and my wife and I saw the deer on Saturday.
We have a pocket of genetics (in the deer, not the groundhogs) so they show up every once in a while. the most in one year was 5.

An albino ground hog. Now that's a new one. Pretty cool find. Would definitely be a conversation piece mounted up on the mantle.
