Alaska Governor Signs New Guide Concession Program for State Land

I'm not sure when this go into effect, but Senate Bill 97 recently signed by Alaska Governor Dunleavy will create guide concessions on State of Alaska lands similar to those on Federal lands. Hopefully this will improve Resident and Non Resident hunting experiences and opportunities.

I'm attaching the Alaska Senate bill to help understand the how's and why's.
