soon salmon sisters will get their prints on them just like xtratuffs.
Yeah for sure lol. The more I look at the Alaska gear company social media the more I feel like they ripped everybody off. The don’t seem to have any photos of people actually using these things, just young attractive women wearing them while sitting in chairs and stuff.

At one point they had a picture of a chick in a bikini wearing bunny boots.

Haven’t tried them but I bet it’s because all of you guys cheaped out and did not commit to the “bunny boot system”and get their “bunny boot socks”.

I’ll second tinhorn, do not waste your money. Wore these out on the trap line on the Savage/Toklat in interior Alaska, pretty warm -10ish and feet were frozen. The rubber were the lacing is is also already starting to fall apart. I would rather rock my warmer black bunnies than these. These have me worried for the future of the company, I have loved my Arctic Oven tents and northern sledwork freight haulers, hopefully their quality won’t diminish.

Quite a few more days in them, and it’s more disappointment.

I would give these boots a 15-20 degree warmth rating in low activity situations, ie decoy waterfowl hunting, ice fishing…..

At ten degrees in a layout blind, my feet were uncomfortably cold, and I really don’t get cold feet easily.

I’m going to say probably the biggest waste of 400.00 my wife has ever spent on me 😂

I guarantee a rubber muck insulated boot is as warm as these.

The military figured out pretty quick that a chamber boot with no ability to equalize pressure doesn’t work well with altitude changes. Unless Alaska Gear Co has come up with something real clever, they’re either not sealed - which means they’ll soak up water in overflow - or they’ll swell at altitude. Neither is great. But I’m sure they look nice over skinny jeans in front of Knik Glacier on Instagram….

Thanks for the report! They looked tempting but I knew better… everything AGC makes is pretty spendy…

I really wanted these to be as advertised but they aren't even close on the temp rating. Much more comfortable than the Bata's but thats of no use if my feet are numb and I can't feel them anyway..

I run a fair amount of trapline above the Arctic Circle and even though we've been warmer than usual it's still been plenty cold to test these out down to 40 below. I won't wear them on the line all day if its colder then about 5 to 10 below. If I do my feet get COLD!

I'm rooting for Airframes to succeed with the new bunnies but they have grossly failed at this point. I imagine there will be a warmer version developed later on but they'll have a hard time getting my money again.

I have several Arctic Ovens, more than a few sled works sleds and some 35" Bushwheels. These new boots ain't cutting it and I hope thats not the direction of all their other gear.

When I go to town next month I plan on taking them back to Airframes in person. I doubt I get my money back but I'm leaving the boots there either way.

I shoulda known when their testing ground was the brewery in Palmer. Lesson learned.

Hard to beat the originals. I bought these on eBay probably back in early 2000s. Warmest boot ever. I only get to wear them a few times a year living in the southeast.
