Hey everyone,

I try to stay active in here, but I’ve been extremely busy with production lately. Instead of responding to a bunch of different threads, I figured I’d just post a general production, company, and shipping update here.

At this point, all 1/1 orders have shipped other than the last 10 remaining 7mms, which we just finished. We’ve also already started shipping 2/21 orders, including Nanos and 6.5s.

As of right now:

• All 2/21 Nanos blanks are in stock and in production.
• All 2/21 and 6.5s are here and finished.
• By Monday, we should also have all 2/21 7s in hand as well.

While we’re cranking on production, it does take time to work through this many orders because there’s a lot of clerical work involved alongside the actual manufacturing and shipping.

Right now, including myself, we’re up to 3 full-time employees, with a 4th starting on the 1st to help with Form 3s, FFL requests, shipping, and general admin work. I try to respond on here as much as I can, but a lot of my time lately has gone into training people and getting production arranged.

Our printer is officially installed, but we ended up with two bad O2 sensors during setup. The replacements are installed, and we’re currently waiting on the software side to get them re-flashed. Once that’s sorted out, we’ll be working on 6mm prototypes.

We also purchased a robot that will be here tomorrow and will be set up to load and unload the CNC.

30s are now looking like they’ll ship around mid-June. We’ve had a few hang-ups with printing them, but we’ll get it sorted out, we just need a few more weeks.

To those with the cans and some solid rounds behind them, I saw the outdoor life testing and was thinking it’s mostly not that helpful of a test measuring dbs at the muzzle instead of SE.
One thing I did notice however was the measurements showing about equal recoil levels with a bare muzzle as the zg 6.5. For those of you who have shot it what are your thoughts with recoil reduction with your airlocks? I think the airlock is undoubtedly quieter than most cans especially when they measure at shooter ear instead. The tenet for instance will become a lot less interesting when they show its actual db levels.

I have two nearly identical 6.5 prc tikkas. A bare muzzle 24” and a 20” with the airlock. The recoil difference is very noticeable even with the 20” being lighter.

Yes with Airlock has noticeably less recoil than without.

(ahem) The addition of the Airlock does reduce recoil, as would any suppressor. It’s unmistakable. I don’t know what happened with their sled, but it’s clear when shooting with/without the suppressor.
