Air Lock Industries Suppressor

We’ll begin shipping the 6.5s on Tuesday and Wednesday. Once we’re back from Hunt Expo, we’ll shift focus to the 7s and get those completed. Running each caliber in batches keeps our CNC setups efficient, so we’re finishing all 6.5s before transitioning to the 7s.
I ordered a nano and 6.5. Will you ship them together or separate?

In for a Nano and 7mm when orders open up. Listened to your podcast with the Go Hunt guys today in my way to the NRL Hunter match at Steel City Precision. Very excited to employ them on my 16.5” 22CM and a 20” 280AI.

Sorry we haven’t shared many updates lately, we’ve been swamped on the shop floor (small team problems).

6.5s will start going out next week. Before shipping, we re-ran some durability testing yesterday using the new printed cans. We put it through 17 heat cycles consisting of one 30‑round mag dump on an 11.5” 5.56 each cycle, enough to get it glowing, for a total of 510 rounds.

Zero issues overall, aside from one rogue 5.56 round around the 490‑round mark that came out crooked and clipped the blast baffle.

We’re heading out to the Western Hunt Expo this afternoon and will be out of the office until Monday. We’ll post another update once the 6.5s start shipping, and we should have both 6.5s and 7s moving out next week.

If you’re at the Western Hunt Expo and want to check out our suppressors, MOA and Arrowhead will both have them on display. I’ll also be walking the show with the can that just went through the 5.56 testing, as well as the ZG30.

If anyone wants the video I recorded all 17 heat cycles and can put them into a compiled video this weekend.

Sorry if this has been covered already (couldn't find it using search)...

How does the "accuracy" of the Airlock cans compare to others? For example, In my experience my two TBAC cans have been the most accurate and easy to develop loads on my precision rifles... better than my Jolene and JK cans. Scythe-ti has been a close second for accuracy with the TBACs. In my limited experience, some rifles like some of my cans but not others... but all shoot well with my TBAC G2 U7. Anyone done any side by side accuracy testing with the Airlock ones?

My rifles shoot just as accurately with the Airlock 6.5, OG 6.5, AB Raptor 8, or AB Raptor 10. They don’t shoot to the same POI, but the group sizes are the same. That’s from testing on a Tikka 6.5 CM, Sauer 100 6.5 CM, and FN Mauser .25-06.
