Air Lock Industries Suppressor

Since the 7mm and 6.5mm versions are within 1oz of each other and only differ by 1/2” of length, how many of you are considering the 7mm version for your 6.5mm guns? Sure seems like if you own or plan to own both calibers it would be a no-brainer. Or am I missing something from a performance standpoint?
I had the same thought and bought a 7mm even though it's only going on 6.5 and 6mm rifles. It's so small and will be a little more quiet than the ZG6.5

I see. I would bet 223 still out sells those by a pretty wide margin.
223 definitely outsells the others, which is why we’re including the adapter. Our goal is for these suppressors to be used primarily for hunting, and most customers running .22-caliber rifles for that use case are using 22-250, 22 ARC, or 22 Creed. Because of that, we prioritized hunting rifles while still fully supporting 1/2-28 platforms.

You must not have read the 223 hunting thread here. Haha

I’m excited. Gonna order one at go live.

@DannyB

Would it be safe to say that the 6mm version would be slightly smaller and lighter than the 6.5 when it is released? If so, that’s gonna be the ticket for my Ti 6x45. It needs a lighter suppressor.

I really like the idea of your suppressors for hunting. I would also really love to see your technology applied to a can with the sole intent of maximum suppression. I can only imagine the cans you guys could make if ultralight weight was not one of the main focuses. I love shooting suppressed. I enjoy just shooting long range. I would love a can that gives maximum suppression ,that is of a reasonable weight, and that doesn't heat up at a crazy rate.
