It’s both, you’re losing it and I was doing the bulk orders. But I lost my assistant to high school soccer so I shut it down.

We send ours in to WG&F for free, they are well known for their accuracy too.
Not sure how much they charge for out of state aging though.
For deer taken in Wyoming just get a tooth envelope and take it in or leave at a G&F office.
