Yes, another bino pouch question. Some current posts are close to this, but didn't want to hijack someone's thread.
I've been waiting on the enclosed Marsupial for a while - medium due sometime this month - to upgrade from the original (including to go to the newer padded strap). So looking at $125. But I've also been looking for a minimalist day pack for hunting, and the AGC Scout looks to be pretty spot on, assuming my stuff will fit. (Another thread!) One thing that caught my attention was that the AGC Scout can connect directly to the AGC bino packs, and the Marsupial packs *might* do so.
So if I'm getting the Scout, it seems like a pretty good call to get etc AGC Classic HBA w/ Max Pocket ($100 on sale) to combine w/ the Scout. So I end up with a bit of "savings" - now just need folks to compare the AGC Classic to the enclosed - which is *just* now in circulation.
Have to say that no magnet in the AGC is appealing, as we had one compass go down to that when we weren't paying attention.
