Affinity 3 compact

Picked up affinity 3 compact for turkey hunting in 20 ha. Anyone have? What choke you using?

Also it’s black should I hydro it camo?

I don’t love how I had to play with it to get the hand guard to seat right in the receiver. But overall feels like a decent shotgun.

I use a carlson long beard choke in mine, works well with lb's or tss

Went with a trulock 585. Gunnna try the apex 9 tss

If you haven't used tungsten before I highly recommend some patterning first. I cant believe how tight it patterns. Makes it pretty easy to miss up close due to no room for error. Absolutely beats turkeys though.

Get yourself a jebs headhunter choke tube. Jebs are PHENOMENAL tubes. Pair that with some Apex tss 9 shot and you’ll be set.

I highly recommend if the gun is all black, find someone who will cerakote it. Cerakote is way tougher than dip and will last longer. I had a franchi infinity 12ga that was black and after every hunt I had to wipe it down cause surface rust formed that fast.

i tried the compact. too short. try before you buy. i went with reg. stock.

good choke recommendations here... try .570 carlson or IC to 585 Trulock to see what gun likes....

go on the old gobbler site. they have many tss/choke rec. for that gun.

It doesn’t come with spacers?

you can also buy the regular stock and throw it on for i think like 60 bucks.
