Has anyone else had an absolute nightmare trying to get ANY semblance of customer service, warranty help from Aero Precision? I have literally been trying for almost a month now just to get in touch with anyone regarding a broken Solus bolt. I've submitted 4 warranty requests, spent hours and hours on their chat, the phone number is a joke, just says no one is available to help you with no options. I'm at my wits end.

I absolutely love my Solus rifle, but at this point there is no way I would recommend Aero to anyone
 
I have been waiting for a few weeks to get a response to a question I asked over email. I haven't been putting in near the effort that it sounds like you have though. I thought that I saw a similar thread a few days ago.
 
there's a long thread on Aero's lack of customer service on snipershide. pretty abysmal
 
I'm 50 days into an order for a Solus action. They sent everything else so far. Got a generated response last week about overwhelming order. I never did get through their chat or phone line.

EDIT: Day 54, I received shipping notice of the last of my stuff. I'm really hopeful this action is to spec

Just to mirror other comments, I see nothing but HORRID reviews about Aero nowadays. Kind of a shame, just to be a go to for cheap but relatively good quality AR parts.
 
I did a couple ultra-ultra light builds last year; as a whole these AR centric companies have the slowest shipping and poorest customer service. I had several instances where I would make contact and they would be like Oh, we have been kind of busy/short handed, then ship weeks later. That's fine - stuff happens- just let the customer know upfront.
 
Aero QC and CS really dropped off during the pandemic and has not recovered. Used to be a great mid-tier option for AR parts. Other than their barrels I won't use their stuff anymore though.
 
I’m at 6 weeks on an order for a solus action. Placed another order at the same time for some trigger pins. Those shipped after about 3 weeks. I’ve tried contacting them numerous times through all points of contact and haven’t received a single response. I will never ever order or use another one of their products. Terrible customer service.
 
I just got a email from them telling me my solus action has a martial defect and I need to ship it back to them. No we will replace it right away just you can your money back and or credit. I’ve sent email with questions, no response of any of them. At this point I am done with Aero. Going to be looking at other options to build the rifle I started back in August.
 
Aero is not a company to be buying from right now. Hop over on reddit and look at their aero sub. People are waiting days to months for their order to ship. No one is getting through. Aero blames Washington state for this.

Personally I think they are sinking since they got bought out by that investment group.
 
I too am still waiting on an in stock action I purchased on Dec 26. They won't answer the phone or return emails. Never again.

Initiate a charge back with your CC and it seems you will magically receive a shipping notice - at least that what others are posting.
 
The credit card thing is what is posted in another thread. Many getting the charge back and shortly thereafter getting a shipping notice.

I’m over a month. Called and emailed with no response. Call was on for 4 hrs with no pick up on hold.
 
The absolute worst customer service I've ever had. Made an order for AR parts for black Friday. I'm still waiting on my muzzle brake thay still shows in stock. Made multiple calls, emails and messages. It took them 2+ months to ship all my stuff. It came in multiple shipments. My noveske barrel won't go into my receiver. I dunno what I'm gonna do. Definitely can't get any support.
