Advice needed on preference points

OTC tags are going to be getting harder and harder to come by. I am building points in several states so that I can hopefully be on a rotation to have a decent hunt almost every year. And take advantage of the OTC opportunities while I can. Missed out on ID the last two years and that is the state I used to hunt every year.

I already see the writing on the wall that hunting a bull every year as a non resident isn’t going to be a feasible option within 10 years. I’ll be a resident somewhere with elk by then.
