Advice in building a .223 trainer from a .308

Hi,
I have 3 Tikka T3Xs with NF NXS scopes and UM Rings all in factory stocks; 7RM (my hunting rifle), 6.5CM (my sons) and a .308 win (my first rifle and now the back up).

Should I just sell the .308 and get a new .223 or have the barrel swapped out and I assume and new bolt face? Whats the ecomonical way forward?

Probably easiest would be to sell your bolt and buy a 223 bolt. Might be able to find someone to trade you.

Get a Ruger Ranch Gen II in 5.56. They take standard AR mags of all types
