Adjustable Frame Pack for Photography

Looking for advice on a frame pack for carrying my 7DII and 100-400 along with tripod, gimbal head, etc. It seems dedicated camera packs don't have the adjustability as the hunting packs in regards to adjusting the yoke, belt, etc. any ideas and or suggestions are appreciated

I can fit my 80D, 18-35, 150-600, 70-200, spare batteries, filters, tripod and other assorted odds and ends in it without issue. It's not as comfortable as my Exo to carry around but it's not terrible, either. If I wanted something like a frame pack for camera duty I would probably just use my Exo with a couple padded lens/camera cases in the bag.

We use our SG packs to plug camera equipment. Between camera, lenses, filters, 84mm spotter with camera attachment, and batteries we are over 30 pounds. The pack works great.
